JUSTICE Hierarchy:
JUSTICE Leader (Ralen) - In charge of over-viewing the guild and providing guidance and leadership, as well as friendliness, charisma, and a welcoming atmosphere. His objective and goals are to always put the guild first and find out better and more effective ways to improve the JUSTICE experience.
JUSTICE Co-Leader (Kapaol) - Right-hand official to the Guild Leader and Acting Guild Leader if the Guild Leader becomes unavailable for a long period of time. He is also the Lead Web Master of the website and forums, as well as handling any technical issues that may need addressing.
JUSTICE High Council - The Guild Leader's Trust (including the Co-Leader) who assist in deliberation on topics, issues, and making decisions with the Guild Leader. In his absence and that of the Co-Leader, they take over the leadership position to keep the ideals of the guild moving forward.
JUSTICE Department Council - Experts in their particular field of play (RP/PvP/PvE/Space/etc), they focus on helping others, generating content, hosting events, and contiuously improving their particular play style in SWTOR. They have overarching authority over their department in the guild, however any decisions needed to be made must be consulted with the High Council and Guild Leader. *There will be a department for each play style.*
JUSTICE Officer - Honorary members elevated to the rank of officer due to going beyond the call of duty to help others, provide feedback, giving suggestions, being friendly, and making the guild an overall better place. They receive authority and responsibility as they have proven to be trusting members of JUSTICE.
JUSTICE Member - Standard members of JUSTICE who have the freedom to participate in any field of play to their liking. They are encouraged to provide feedback on aspects of the guild to Department Councils as well as the High Council and Guild Leader. Players in this category will not have any required responsibilities and are free to play the game as they choose.
